How fast will I be live?
Most builds go live in about two weeks. Core ships fastest; Plus and Pro add a little time for the extra features (loyalty, catering), but the build window is still measured in weeks, not months.
Do I own my data?
Yes — always. Your content and data are exportable anytime, during your subscription and during the offboarding window if you ever leave. You are never locked in.
What exactly do I own, and what do you keep?
You own your data and content and can take them with you. We own, host, and maintain the software that runs it — that's what keeps it fast, secure, and never out of date, with nothing for you to maintain. You're buying a system that's run for you, not a pile of code to manage.
Why is it a subscription instead of a one-time build?
The monthly covers hosting, running, security, updates, and support — your system stays live and current instead of going stale the day it ships. Setup is one-time; the subscription keeps it healthy.
Can you work with the tools I already use?
Yes. For restaurants we build Square-native today, so your menu stays in sync with the Square account you already pay for — and we integrate other systems where the platform allows. Tell us your stack on the intake call and we'll confirm what's possible.
What if I need changes after launch?
Ongoing changes and care are what the subscription covers — Pro adds priority turnaround and monthly content ops. You won't be quoted a new project every time something needs to move.
