SPAO Systems · Trading intelligence

Trading intelligence,
built like infrastructure.

SPAO SystemsSentinel Prime Apex Omega — is a solo-built systems house for trading intelligence. Two systems run here: Desk Commander, autonomous and paper-only, and TT Scanner, a discretionary live cockpit. Cost-disciplined by design; precision over spectacle. Validated in public, in real time below.

Systems

Two systems, one posture.

Autonomous research on one side, a disciplined human on the other. Same house, same discipline — each is a card, so the next system slots in by the same rules.

Autonomous · Paper · Validating in public

Desk Commander

An autonomous research desk that scans the S&P 500 nightly, ranks signals through a Claude-graded gate, and paper-executes through Alpaca. Walk-forward validated, cost-capped, in a 60-day quiet phase — visible live, not described.

Discretionary · Live · Login-gated

TT Scanner

The discretionary counterpart — a live cockpit where a three-signal pipeline distills the tape into a focused watch surface for hands-on decisions. Named for the builder's sons, Thomas & Thadeo. Separate, login-gated app.

Journey

One operator, two systems.

SPAO Systems is one engineer building trading infrastructure the slow way — pipelines that observe carefully, decide narrowly, and stay out of the way of their own validation. The name is a marker, not a brand exercise: Sentinel Prime Apex Omega.

Desk Commander came first: a place to put a market hypothesis where it can be tested without bleeding into intuition. It runs autonomously, paper-only, capped at twenty dollars a month, and it validates in public — the panel above is the live system, not a mock.

TT Scanner is the discretionary counterpart — a live cockpit for hands-on decisions, named for my sons, Thomas and Thadeo. Autonomous research on one side; a disciplined human on the other.

What’s next is more of the same posture, not more surface area: validate before live, disclose what’s load-bearing, add a system only when it earns the audit.

Principles

  • Cost-disciplined
  • Paper-validated before live
  • Signals, not advice
  • Graceful degradation
